About us

Buffer Rail Services are a new and innovative provider of contingent labour to the railway sector. We are fully accredited through the registration and audit process of Achilles and the Link-up supplier protocol. We are authorised to offer a spectrum of specialised personnel that range from Planners , PTS professional trades, safety critical, Protection and Warning staff, including Engineering Supervisors, Protection Controllers, COSS’s and Hand Back Engineers. Buffer’s services also cover the supply of machine & crane controllers.
